Our teams of local experts ensure that we know Scotland’s property market inside out. We combine this know-how with the data from the CoStar Commercial Real Estate Information Service. This expertise allows us to undertake in-depth research to locate sites and properties that will best suit your investment needs. To inform your decision, we will prepare detailed investment and availability reports, providing full property details, prices and costs.

Support

To support your property investment search, we organise building tours, provide full Building Surveying services and valuation support. We will highlight any issues that we think you should be aware of (such as rates and service charges) and will explain how you can maximise the benefits you get from any purchase. Throughout the purchasing process, we will be on hand to offer you support and advice, to let you know how things are progressing and to answer any questions you might have.

Negotiation

Our Agency teams have worked on some of the biggest and most complex property investment negotiations in Scotland.
