Bilal joined Graham + Sibbald in 2020 as Senior Surveyor and is now a Director working out of our Manchester office, having relocated from Edinburgh in January 2021. Bilal achieved his BSc Hons in Urban Planning and Real Estate Management at Heriot Watt University and became a full RICS chartered member in 2018.

As an RICS Registered Valuer Bilal undertakes a wide range of work, focusing on Commercial Agency and Valuation. Bilal specifically deals in industrial and logistic, investment, development and office sectors in the North of England and keeps a close tie with his clients North of the Border. As part of a long-established commercial team, he acts for a range of clients including major financial institutions, pension funds, solicitors and private clients. Bilal is a key member to the commercial team where he is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service, adding value and giving the best advice to all clients.
