Chartered Surveyors Expand In Manchester

Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce that further to the opening of the firms Manchester office in March 2019, the team have rapidly expanded both in their service offering and staff numbers.

Having recently toasted their four year anniversary, the Manchester office, which historically focused solely on Building Surveying services, now boasts specialist teams operating across Commercial Valuation, Commercial Agency, Hotel + Leisure and Architecture services with a total staff number increase of 174%.

Chartered Building Surveyor and Partner at Graham + Sibbald, Kyle Hargreaves, who was the first employee within the Manchester office, commented, “The growth that we have seen in recent years, despite the pandemic and the economic uncertainty, has been incredible. As Graham + Sibbald have expanded across England, allowing us to further introduce additional service lines, we’ve been able to better service our clients and meet their specific needs at a greater level.”

Graham + Sibbald’s Manchester office has also acted as a base for many other departments operating across the business such as Asset Services, Business Rates, Planning + Development and Lease Consultancy.

The Manchester team has grown at such pace that they took additional office space within 49 King Street in order to accommodate the ongoing growth, operating now over two floors.
