Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce that further to the opening of the firms Manchester office in March 2019, they will be expanding their service offering to now include Commercial Valuation.
Bilal Ashraf joined Graham + Sibbald in early 2020 as a Senior Surveyor, assisting the Edinburgh Agency team. He focuses mainly on Commercial Agency, Valuation and Advisory, acting on behalf of a range of clients including major financial institutions, pension funds, solicitors and private clients.
Bilal commented: “The opportunity to move to Manchester and to expand on our services out of the Manchester office was an opportunity I could never turn down. I am very much looking forward to growing the Graham and Sibbald brand in England and offering Commercial Agency, Valuation and Advisory services, building on our already active nationwide offering of Building Surveying, Petroleum and Roadside and Hotel and Leisure. Growth is key to any business and being part of this growth with Graham and Sibbald is exciting and I am very much looking forward to growing our brand within England”.
