Approach

The Project was delivered by our Inverness Technical Services Team. Graham + Sibbald have an extensive network of offices throughout Scotland, providing the advantage to Clients of local knowledge and reduced response times.

We have a team of experienced Building Surveyors based in Inverness and were therefore able to respond quickly to achieve the required timescales.

Key Challenges

The project had to be carried out promptly and required Graham + Sibbald to mobilise, arrange cherry-picker access and complete the survey within 4 days of instruction.

The project was also delivered during the Covid-19 pandemic, with associated restrictions on social distancing and essential travel.

Results

The project was delivered within tight timescales.

By using our office network, we were able to respond promptly to this project in a location remote from the central belt of Scotland.
