APPROACH 

Clients Sally and Teo had been looking for a retail unit to rent in Edinburgh for a long period of time with no success. They then approached G+S who were delighted to offer our commercial acquisition services and help them secure a suitable unit.  

Our Agency team issued a requirement email and utilised their network of local agents to find Krema Bakehouse an off-market retail premises that was perfect for their business. 

Liaising with our clients through each stage of the process was extremely important and even included some sampling of the cake choices…

Our clients had been searching for a suitable unit for some time and sadly none of the properties on the open market were right for their business needs.

RESULTS 

Graham + Sibbald successfully located al retail premises for the client within a short time frame.  After an extensive fit out the shop opened in March 2022 and is now serving incredible coffee and cakes! The shop officially opened in March 2022.
