Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Patricia Kelly to Associate. Working in our Asset Services department out of Glasgow, she has over 20 years’ experience in managing a range of operational issues surrounding leasing, buying, selling and occupying commercial premises.
Patricia joined Graham + Sibbald in 2017 and since then she has been seconded to work alongside a key client to help deliver strategic aims. Covering various market sectors, her role assists in enhancing the clients substantial investment portfolio by maximising profits and minimising costs. Patricia’s responsibilities include estates management and the pro-active management of property services. She is also responsible for co-ordinating and delivering empty property initiatives within Glasgow City Centre.
