The new Travis Perkins branch in the Market Town of Dingwall, Ross-Shire has now opened to the trade and public.
Acting on behalf of Travis Perkins, Graham + Sibbald were able to secure their new site by negotiating the lease terms for it. We were also able to source a sub-tenant to take on the remainder of the lease at their old premises which extended to 515.6 sq.m / 5,550 sq.ft. or thereby.
