Graham + Sibbald, the independent Scottish chartered surveyor, is acting for famous Scottish-Italian ice cream manufacturer and wholesaler Di Rollo Ice Cream in Musselburgh around the sale of the 120-year old business.
Di Rollo supplies a large selection of flavored ice cream to many restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies and retail outlets across Edinburgh and East Lothian. The business includes a purpose built production facility and the premises covers over 5,000 square feet. The facility complies with all the latest EU directives and is capable of producing over 300 litres of ice cream an hour.
