With the promotion of Claire Galbraith to Partner within Graham + Sibbald in late 2020, the team has seen massive changes over the last few months in both people and systems. Claire’s teams operate across Scotland to provide a multitude of management services including; financial management, property assessments, debt collection and cost control, facilities management, strategic enhancements and more. As the Head of Property Management services, Claire is passionate about people and systems being integral to the approach developed for each client.
In addition to this, the recent promotion of Lynne McGettigan from Senior Accounts Manager to Director is of strategic importance to the business as it currently experiences a period of growth and development. From the recent hiring of a number of new staff members from a former competitor, to the ongoing requirement to grow the team even further to cope with client needs and demands, Graham + Sibbald’s Property Management team has also implemented new systems to allow for a better and more bespoke client experience.
Both currently based in the firms Glasgow office, boasting a Scotland-wide remit, Claire and Lynne are leading the way in property management services both in terms of day-to-day management and accounting needs on behalf of their respective clients; ranging from individual property occupiers to large office blocks across multiple locations.
