Graham + Sibbald’s Inverness office are delighted to welcome Ianna Roche for her 3rd year university placement.
Having being brought up around residential property transactions, Ianna developed a keen interest in the sector from a young age. After completing her final year at Glenurquhart High School, she decided to go on to study Real Estate at Glasgow Caledonian University, and will now complete a 12-month student placement with Graham + Sibbald before returning to University to complete her 4th and final year.
Ianna will spend time with the various departments in the Inverness office, working mainly within the commercial team covering agency, valuation and advisory instructions. Ianna will spend time learning the day-to-day duties of a Surveyor and support her colleagues across a wide and varied workload throughout the Highlands.
John MacBean, Graham + Sibbald Partner, commented; “Having had a similar introduction to surveying through a work placement, we are delighted to offer Ianna a placement where she will gain great experience while assisting our team of 20. Ianna joins us at an exciting time, as we are experiencing growth and investing in the business through people, IT and property. Having recently moved to temporary office accommodation while an extensive refurbishment is carried out on our office space, we look forward to the future of Graham + Sibbald in Inverness.”
