Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce that the former hotel at 78 Upper Craigs in Stirling has now been let. After a rather short marketing period we were able to provide high levels of interest in this stunning Georgian former Bank Building in the heart of Stirling City Centre.
During the marketing process we had numerous viewings and several discussions with local operators, all who showed interest in this excellent opportunity. We are delighted that a local operator and family business has taken on the site and we wish them very well for the future.
Rental terms were agreed on a ten year full repairing and insuring lease in line with our marketing campaign.

The restaurant will operate all day serving early breakfast/brunch right through to evening meals and we are confident that our offering will be a refreshing addition to the Stirling food and beverage scene.”
