Graham + Sibbald Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the recent promotion of Sorcha Johnstone to Senior Surveyor within their Ayrshire Commercial Agency team, in late 2021.
Having joined Graham + Sibbald’s Kilmarnock office in 2014, Sorcha graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a 2:1 honours degree in Property Management at Valuation in 2016 before going on to successfully pass her APC in 2018 and become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Sorcha commented; “I’m delighted to be taking this next step in my career with Graham + Sibbald and welcoming new challenges. While the majority of my daily workload is on the agency side, I also cover investment, valuation and professional landlord and tenant work to provide a well-rounded service to my clients.”
Working across a variety of commercial property sectors from office, retail, industrial and more, Sorcha has developed an extensive client base of private individuals and funds. Notably, she has been working with colleague Fraser Lang on sourcing and securing tenants for the HALO Enterprise and Innovation Hub on behalf of HALO Urban Regeneration Co, paving the way for carbon neutral buildings of the future.
