Scottish agent bolsters investment fire power with new hire

Scotland-headquartered property firm Graham + Sibbald has supplemented its capital markets offering with a senior strategic hire.

Peter Fleming, who moves from GL Hearn, has joined as an Associate in Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh-based investment team. The agent has been growing its capital markets offering across Scotland, after Stuart Low moved from Cushman & Wakefield in January.

Fleming brings 15 years’ experience in the property market specialising in the acquisition and disposals of investment property with a focus on the student accommodation and alternative sector. He acts for a range of clients and has transactional experience throughout the UK.
