Acting on behalf of Highlands + Islands Enterprise (HIE), Graham + Sibbald have successfully sold Unit 2, Annat Point Industrial Estate, Fort William. These modern industrial premises extend to approximately 916.54 sq.m / 9,866 sq.ft and have the added benefit of a yard.
Following a competitive closing date at which a number of bids were received, an offer was progressed from a local business for the premises.
Andrew Rose, Associate at Graham + Sibbald Inverness, said “We’re please that we could dispose of this large unit for HIE and see the building back in use by a local firm.”
