Scotland’s residential market has been a hot topic of conversation of late. Edinburgh in particular has been at the forefront of rising house prices for years, even before the Covid-19 pandemic led to record high demand, often compared to housing market prices in London.

Chris Hunter commented, “It is an honour to be made a Partner at an exciting time for the firm. We continue to be market leaders across our multi discipline offering and have expanded significantly across the UK in recent times. I am proud to be part of the Edinburgh Residential team and look forward to contributing to further growth of the department in the years to come.”

“It has been a positive start to the year in the Edinburgh residential market, and whilst we are not immune to the wider social, economic or political factors, we are cautiously optimistic for what lies ahead of us in 2023.”

Graham + Sibbald’s Residential team work closely with other in-house departments across the business in order to provide a well-rounded property service which encompasses the needs and requirements of all their clients, regardless of size; from Building Surveying services to Architecture, Planning and even Carbon + Sustainability advice amidst a range of specialisms.
