Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the promotion of Michael Anderson to Associate leading on from the business strategically strengthening their central belt residential team based in Falkirk and Stirling in 2020.
A trusted name in the Scottish Property market, Graham + Sibbald act for all major Building Societies, Banks and Lending/Financial Institutions and are listed on all the major lenders’ panels. Their valuations, surveys and other reports are recognised and accepted by all key mortgage providers.
Michael joined the Stirling office in November 2015 as a Graduate Surveyor working towards completing his APC. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018 Michael has specialised in residential valuations, carrying out Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a variety of clients including banks and estate agents, as well as individual clients.
With a wealth of residential property knowledge within the local area Michael is an integral member of the newly restructured team. His strong relationships with local clients and the provision of a consistently high level of service and professionalism have been instrumental in working through the challenges brought by the health crisis.
