Residential APC Candidate Success

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Greig Sigley (Edinburgh) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Residential Surveyor.

Greig joined Graham + Sibbald in August 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor with an Honours degree in Property Development and Valuation. With over 5 years of experience in the property sector, he works within the Edinburgh residential department where he works closely with his senior colleagues to produce Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, EPCs and Desktop Valuations on a daily basis. These reports are carried our for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Grieg prides himself on his strong work ethic and always aims to provide a high standard of customer service.

Greig commented: “I am delighted to have passed my APC and become a Chartered Residential Surveyor. I am extremely thankful for all of the support and training I have received throughout this process, allowing me to further my knowledge and develop my skillset. I am excited to be able to be more involved within our busy residential department.”

Graham + Sibbald aim to train and develop all of our staff members to allow them to be qualified to the highest level possible, and so our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key qualified staff members.
