Graham + Sibbald have recently completed a Project Management role on behalf of Sanctuary Students to refurbish the external façade of the student accommodation facility at Wardley House, Bradford, spanning 9 floors, whilst also undertaking internal refurbishment works to the common internal areas.
The project included initially re-roofing and thereafter the replacement of the existing single glazed windows with new insulated, double glazed screens, which improve the thermal properties of the building whilst also enhancing the overall appearance of the block. Internally the reception, staff offices and student common room were also refurbished.
