Graham + Sibbald have recently completed a Project Management role for Sanctuary Students spanning over 3 summers for refurbishment of the 3 phases of student accommodation at Marybone in Liverpool.

The project included conversion of First Floor offices to a new Student Hub providing a new Gym, Cinema Room, Games Rooms and Common rooms with Quiet Study rooms in conjunction with a full refurbishment of 817 bedrooms and 155 communal Kitchens.
