The hotel which has been owned and operated by Mr Ali and his family since 2007 boasts excellent public areas including various lounges, bars, restaurants, coffee shop, billiard room and leisure facilities comprising a 9 meter heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room.

The Team carried out a full and open marketing campaign, utilising their connections and knowledge to specifically target experience hotel owners, operators, and investors.

The Team introduced and negotiated the sale of The Glenridding Hotel by way of an asset sale to The Inn Collection Group.

Despite the fact that the hotel was marketed by way of a confidential off-market campaign, the team were able to generate a high-level of interest in The Glenridding Hotel for the clients, demonstrating that the appetite and demand for good quality well-located hotels continues.
