Approach

Our Management team worked closely with the client team to deliver value engineered and added value design solutions both pre and post contract. The scope of work included new raised access flooring, HVAC, electrical, data, plumbing, alarms, suspended ceilings, drywall and glazed partitions and doors, joinery, decoration and floor finished, staff canteen, kitchen and washrooms.

Unique Issues

Liaising closely with a ‘remote’ client who required the premises to be completed timeously for a ‘key contract’ for the oil sector.
