Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the success of Thomas Luke who has passed his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Surveyor working within our Planning and Development Department.
Thomas joined Graham + Sibbald as part of the Graduate Programme in July 2019 following graduating from Heriot Watt University in Urban Planning and Property Development (Bsc Hons) in May the same year. Thomas works between both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices working within our national Planning and Development Department.
In his day to day role, Thomas undertakes planning and development consultancy services across a range of sectors including renewables, infrastructure, residential and commercial. He is involved in planning instructions across the UK.
Thomas commented: “I am thrilled to have passed my APC and become a Chartered Surveyor. I am extremely grateful for all of the training and support I have had from not only my colleagues in the Planning and Development Team but other departments and offices within Graham + Sibbald. I look forward to the next steps in my career.”
Graham + Sibbald look to train and develop all of our staff members to allow them to be qualified to the highest level possible, we have key qualified staff members who mentor our APC candidates to allow them the best chance at success.
