Zoe Gardner

Zoe joined the Residential department of G+S in January 2022 as a Senior Surveyor and is based between the Edinburgh and Falkirk offices. She has 20 years’ experience in the residential market having previously worked for two other leading firms covering Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Fife.

Zoe gained a postgraduate qualification in Urban Property Appraisal from the University of Paisley in 2004 and achieved chartered status in 2005. She also holds an Honours degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Glasgow and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Management from the University of Strathclyde.

As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer Zoe undertakes Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, Mortgage Valuations and more. Her clients include solicitors, estate agents and private individuals.
