Yvonne Baker

Associate

Yvonne is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience. She originally studied Building Surveying at Glasgow College of Building + Printing. Yvonne’s experience has seen her deliver building surveying and project management consultancy services across industrial, commercial, leisure, health, residential, and infrastructure sectors.

Yvonne joined Graham + Sibbald as an Associate in 2023. Responsible for project management and contract administration of various property types, Yvonne also regularly undertakes dilapidations surveys and negotiations, building surveys, defect analysis, reinstatement valuations, and condition surveys.
