Vishal Pankhania

Vishal is a RICS Registered Valuer and is part of the Valuation team based in London. Vishal joined Graham + Sibbald in late 2023 after close to 10-years working in the Valuation & Advisory division at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised lenders, institutional funds, private investors and owner-occupiers on assets in prime Central London, UK and Europe.

Vishal studied Geography with Business Management at Queen Mary University of London followed by a postgraduate MA in European Real Estate at Kingston University. Vishal qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor at an independent multidisciplinary firm in North London, where he focussed on residential and commercial valuations across the traditional sectors in London and surrounding M25.

With a strong background in valuation and track-record in delivering cross-border single asset and portfolio instructions for secured lending, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes, he draws on his wide breath of experience in the super-prime end through to secondary and tertiary markets in supporting clients and the continued expansion of the valuation service line in London.
