Tom Templeman

Director, East Scotland

Tom started out as a Graduate Surveyor with Graham + Sibbald in 1997 before spending a number of years with a global real estate advisor, thereafter joining a global construction consultancy. He returned to Graham + Sibbald as a Director in 2018. Tom has experience of providing advice to clients across the UK and Europe although the majority of his time has been spent advising clients in the Scottish property market. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of advising over a diverse range of property types and sectors, with particular skills suited to the management of construction projects, value up to £5M and due diligence and pre-acquisition advice in respect of numerous high profile office buildings, hotels and shopping centres. Tom has also advised on a number of large and often complex dilapidations clams for landlords and tenants, claim value up to £10M. Finally he has extensive public sector experience having managed frameworks for Local Authorities and Government Bodies. Clients include private individuals, financial institutions, pension funds, national retailers and corporate occupiers.
