Thomas joined Graham + Sibbald as part of the Graduate Programme in July 2019 after graduating from Heriot Watt University in Urban Planning and Property Development (BSc Hons) in May the same year. Thomas works between both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices working within our national Planning and Development Department. In his day to day role, Thomas undertakes planning and development consultancy services across a range of sectors including renewables, infrastructure, residential and commercial.  He is involved in planning and development instructions across the UK.
