Theo is a Surveyor within the residential department of Graham + Sibbald’s Glasgow office. He joined the Firm in 2020 boasting 12 years’ experience in residential letting and property management throughout the central belt of Scotland. Theo’s passion for property and experience in customer facing roles across both the private and public sectors ensures that he delivers the highest levels of service to his clients. Theo assists on a number of surveys on a daily basis for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders in the UK as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. He enjoys interacting with clients, building strong working relationships and ensuring that all reports are carried out to the highest of standards.
