Sylvia joined in June 2001, to assist the Building Surveying + Commercial departments in undertaking administration duties. Sylvia has over 30 years experience in the Building Industry, with an excellent knowledge of Building Surveying and Commercial related property terminology. Her role has evolved over the years and now provides support to the UK Head of Technical Services Partner, Head of Glasgow Building Surveying Department Partner, and Building Surveying and Architectural Departments within our Glasgow and Edinburgh Offices.
One of her primary work tasks is to co-ordinate the administration duties and ensure the seamless functionality of the Building Surveying Department/Architectural Department. She has an excellent working knowledge of all our Standard reports and formats that the Building Surveying Department/Architectural Department use and deliver on a daily basis, ensuring that critical deadlines are achieved without impacting on the quality of the service provided.
