Syd Davison joined Graham + Sibbald in late 2022 as a Consultant within the Commercial Valuation team. Having worked as a Principal Valuer within the Valuation Office which he joined in 1986, Syd brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the commercial valuation team which will benefit both clients and colleagues.

Specifically focussing on compulsory purchase work, Syd has worked on some high-profile projects across Scotland for clients such as Clyde Gateway, Glasgow City Council, Transport Scotland and North and South Lanarkshire Councils. His expertise stems to the provision of budget estimates, reporting on costs for financial planning purposes as well as negotiating compensation packages.
