Senior Facilities Manager

Stephen has 15+ years’ experience in the Facilities Management industry mainly with private sector clients. Stephen has gained experience working on the BT Portfolio (2007-2019), with experience across Facilities Management, Commercial, and Project Management working alongside contractors/consultants/building surveyors to deliver total FM solutions and projects. Stephen undertook his BIFM/IWFM Level 5 qualifications whilst working on the BT portfolio and secured IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Stephen joined Graham + Sibbald in October 2022 from his previous role as Area Facilities Manager at Virtual FM whilst working on the London Scottish Portfolio and prior worked with Cowiesburn Property Management delivering FM and Projects across various client commercial properties.

Stephen believes in delivering a service for clients whilst driving costs through tried and tested contractors. He works closely with his colleagues and external parties such as contractors and consultants to deliver a total FM solution.
