Senior Facilities Manager

Scott has close on 30 years’ experience in electrical contracting, construction, building services and the Facilities Management industry mainly within the private sector.

He also has experience in working within large construction and building services companies managing contracts such as Co-Op, Scottish Canals and RBS.

Scott is an Approved Electrician to trade, is an electrical LV authorised person (EAP) and has a sound knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems, bringing a wealth of technical knowledge to the Asset Services team. Having worked with some major players in the building services industry with JLL Engineering Services, Atalian Servest, Norland and CBRE, working in all aspects from engineer, contract supervisor through to Facilities Manager/Management.

Working from both a contractor and client standpoint Scott is keen to deliver the best service through a close working relationship with his team, clients, and contractors.
