Saul Gibson

Graduate Surveyor

Saul is a Graduate Surveyor who studied a BSc (Hons) Real Estate at Glasgow Caledonian University. Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in 2021, Saul worked with London and Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM) where he was part of the Property and Asset Management teams. He is now part of our rapidly growing Asset Services Team where he is responsible for a number of assets across Scotland. His responsibilities include proactive management of property services, health and safety compliance, landlord & tenant liaison, administering service charge budgets and property site inspections. Saul is committed to developing his skills and knowledge to work towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor and is dedicated to provide the highest quality of service to clients and tenants alike.
