Sarah Riggs has over 19 years’ experience and specialises in asset and property management having acted for both landlords and tenants throughout offices, industrial and mixed-use commercial developments in both the private and public sector.

Sarah joined Graham + Sibbald as an Associate in 2022, having worked across a number of Surveying and Property Management firms prior. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Real Estate Management from University of Paisley in 2002.

Based in the Glasgow office as part of the Asset Services Team, Sarah is responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties throughout Scotland. She is experienced in the day-to-day management and coordination of commercial portfolios, landlord and tenant liaison, administering service charge budgets, carrying out site inspections and reporting. Sarah is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike.
