Previously a member of the Keningtons team, Salma moved back to join Keningtons who have been bought over by Graham + Sibbald in 2022. Salma was promoted to Director in 2023 and is responsible for the Commercial Property Management and Asset Services. Salma has multi-disciplinary experience and works closely with our trade union clients as well as private sector clients. Salma said, “I manage my client’s properties as if they were my own investments. There are numerous financial pressures that property owners now face, from increased maintenance costs to increased interest rates. Property now must do more, and I thrive to diversify its income where possible as well as reduce maintenance costs by considering possible carbon reduction.”
