Senior Surveyor
Rosie is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the Commercial market. She studied Land Economics (BSc) at Paisley University, and graduated in 1998. She commenced employment with Graham + Sibbald in 2006. Specialising in commercial valuations, but also with a broad and extensive background in Professional Services, she carries out a variety of surveys for the purposes of Bank Lending, Pension Funds, Private Clients and more. These reports are carried out on behalf of mainstream lenders such as Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland and challenger banks such as Aldermore and Shawbrook Bank together with reports for Solicitors, Pension Funds, and Private Clients. Her knowledge, skill-set and expertise play a key role in supporting our West Region Valuation team. Rosie is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all clients.
