Rob Clegg

Chartered Surveyor

Rob began working as Building Surveyor at Sanctuary Group in 2013 completing the ONC and HNC by 2017. From 2017, he acted as Project Manager for Sanctuary’s Commercial arm, delivering a range of complex projects valued from £250k to £6m. Concurrently, he completed his Building Surveying degree in 2020, graduating from University College of Estate Management with First Class Honours. Rob completed the RICS APC and achieved Chartered status in 2023.

Rob has experience in providing a range of surveying services including defect analysis, design and specification, contract administration and project management services. Rob enjoys being part of a professionally focused team and the variety the role brings.
