Rob Clegg is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined Graham + Sibbald in 2022. Rob began working as Building Surveyor at Sanctuary Group in 2013 where he completed the ONC, HNC with Distinction, before graduating from University College of Estate Management with First Class Honours. Rob acted as Senior Project Manager for Sanctuary’s Commercial arm, delivering a range of complex projects valued from £250k to £6m. Rob has extensive experience in providing a range of building surveying services including defect analysis, design and specification, contract administration and project management.
