Director

Philip Costa joined Graham + Sibbald’s London office in late 2022. Specialising in all aspects of commercial property from valuations to lease advisory and Expert Witness property valuations (both commercial and residential), Philip is also appointed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to act as an arbitrator and independent expert in relation to rent review and lease renewal disputes.

Having studied at the University of Westminster, Philip obtained a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management after which time his professional career started at Bowyer Bryce Chartered Surveyors. Most recently, Philip was a Director at Strettons where he spent over 18 years providing a dedicated service for his client base. Now, Philip is keen to utilise his skills and specialised knowledge to further develop the Graham + Sibbald brand across London.
