Pete is a Chartered Surveyor with over 16 years’ experience in the Hotel and Leisure sector. He graduated with Distinction from Heriot Watt University in 2009, whilst working and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011. He merged his independent practice with Graham + Sibbald in 2017, becoming an Associate Partner, to accept the challenge of growing the Hotel + Leisure Agency Department within one of Scotland’s leading Chartered Firms. He was promoted to Director in December 2021.  He has been involved with disposals and acquisitions of going concerns and closed premises (heritable and leasehold), valuations, rent reviews, landlord and tenant negotiations, and property management during his careers for a range of clients including individuals, small, medium and large groups and financial institutions. Pete is dedicated to providing a high level of client care throughout his instructions ensuring that a personal, yet professional level of service is offered to all.
