Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience dealing with property matters throughout the UK. He studied at Glasgow College of Building + Printing between 1984-1988, graduating in the summer of that latter year and immediately commencing employment with Graham + Sibbald where he has remained, gaining promotion to Associate Partner status in 1996, and thereafter progressing to the Partnership in 2005. Paul has considerable experience in many sectors of the Construction and Property industry, specialising in Project Management, Construction Monitoring and Contract Administration of building refurbishments and new build projects ranging from £100K to £11.5M. He is also proficient in Building Surveys of Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties, including co-ordination of large scale portfolio surveys. He has further widespread experience in other recognised core subjects including Dilapidation surveys and negotiation, RCA assessments and Defect Analysis. Paul is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to a widespread range of new and long term retained clients.
