Patrick joined Graham + Sibbald in May 2024, as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the London Office. Prior to joining, Patrick studied Building Surveying Bsc (Hons) at University of Reading. He then joined Galliard Homes where he trained as a Quantity Surveyor and then moved to Glenny LLP where he spent 10 years, gaining chartership and promotion to Senior Associate.
Patrick specialises in Contract Administration and Employers Agent for new build and refurbishment projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors, as well as being proficient in Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Technical Defect Analysis and Due Diligence Surveys, Dilapidation Surveys and Negotiation and Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Patrick prides himself in providing a quality service in order to maximise client retention and attract new client opportunities.
