Patricia has over 20 years’ experience in managing a range of operational issues surrounding leasing, buying, selling and occupying commercial premises.  Graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation, Patricia was formally responsible for asset and estates management of both commercial and residential portfolios on behalf of 2 large financial institutions.  Since joining Graham + Sibbald in 2017, Patricia has been working within the Glasgow Property Management team and has been seconded to work with City Property (Investments) Glasgow LLP (CPGI), an ALEO of Glasgow City Council.  Covering various market sectors, her role assists in enhancing their substantial investment portfolio by maximising profits and minimising costs.  Working with teams from both G+S Glasgow and CPGI, Patricia’s responsibilities include estates management and the pro-active management of property services. She is also responsible for co-ordinating and delivering CPGI’s empty property initiatives throughout the city.
