Neil Cromarty

Neil is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS registered valuer and Domestic Energy Assessor with over 15 years’ experience in the Highland and Moray residential markets. Born in Inverness he started working with Graham + Sibbald in 2007 and subsequently graduated from the College of Estate Management, Reading in 2009 . Specialising in residential valuations, he carries out a variety of surveys on a daily basis for the preparation of Home Reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and land valuations. These reports are carried out on behalf of solicitors and estate agents, Housing associations and independent clients. His local knowledge and expertise contribute towards our Inverness residential team and Neil is dedicated to providing the highest quality level of service to all clients within the Highland area.
