HR Officer
Natalie joined Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office in 2021 as a HR Officer. Natalie has a law degree and is Level 5 CIPD qualified, so she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
As the firms HR officer Natalie provides direct HR support and advice to the business. Working across all of Graham + Sibbald offices to support their immediate HR needs, providing comprehensive guidance and support on all HR related concerns including recruitment, talent management, training + inductions, and supports the business as a whole on all aspects of their human resources strategy.
