Associate, Head of Client Accounts

Natalie has been working within property management accounts for over 30 years, started as a property accountant with Chestertons. Having worked for a number of well-known firms of chartered surveyors she started working for Graham + Sibbald in June 2022 following their acquisition of Keningtons LLP for whom she was with for over 11 years.

Over the years she has acquired experience in several property management accounting systems.

Natalie is responsible for the client accounting of thirty-five clients ranging from pension funds to unions. Duties are broad ranging including client reporting, bank reconciliations, preparation and submission of vat returns and Management Company accounts.

She is also responsible for co-ordinating the invoicing of London Asset Services fees as well as monitoring more than eighty service charge budgets and year end reconciliations.
