Facilities Manager

Achieving the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety qualification, and currently working towards Chartered Membership with the Institution of Health and Safety (IOSH).  Matthew joined the Graham + Sibbald’s property management team July 2019, to complement colleagues delivering excellent client and customers services. The diverse Facilities Manager role, enables Matthew to employ skills and experience gained from working within the construction and voluntary sectors. Examples of his day to day responsibilities include; conducting safety inspections within our commercial properties to ensure compliance with leases and statutory obligations are being met. Overseeing suppliers – for example reviewing RAMS and controlling high risk work, reviewing performance statistics, or possibly providing guidance to our surveying and architecture departments on CDM Regulations.
