Matthew McLeod

Senior Surveyor

Matthew is a Surveyor who works across our Aberdeen and Dundee offices. He studied Building Surveying BSc (Hons) at Robert Gordon University. During his third year at University he joined Graham + Sibbald as a Student Surveyor in our Edinburgh office to gain experience from shadowing senior colleagues. After Graduating, he joined Graham + Sibbald as a Graduate Building Surveyor in June 2017 and successfully passed his APC in early 2020. He has undertaken a variety of surveys including Defect Analysis Surveys, Schedule of Conditions, Dilapidations, Building Surveys etc.
