Commercial Property Agent

Matt is a Graduate Surveyor within our Manchester Office. He studied at Nottingham Trent University and graduated in 2022 with a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Real Estate. Matt started working for Graham + Sibbald in August 2022 as part of the Commercial Agency team. He is currently gaining experience across a range of Commercial Agency services including valuation, inspections, property reports and landlord and tenant work, for a range of clients and sectors, and also has experience within the business rates sector. Matt is working towards his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) in order to achieve the status of RICS Chartered Surveyor.
