Senior Surveyor

Mary is a Senior Surveyor at Graham + Sibbald with extensive experience in a variety of sectors currently specialising in the Hotel + Leisure sector. Mary has over 13 years commercial valuation experience qualifying as a member of the RICS in 2012 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. In her current valuation and advisory role she focuses on undertaking business analysis and valuations for a range of clients, from private individuals through to lending institutions and insolvency practitioners, on all types of hotel, leisure, licensed and trading assets. Based out of the firms Glasgow office Mary covers the whole of Scotland as part of the Graham + Sibbald UK-wide Hotel + Leisure team.
